Our family was fortunate enough to schedule our maternity and newborn photoshoots with Nichole. We were looking to capture a part of our family history to preserve the memories that come along with expecting a child, and we would not have been happier with Nichole capturing them for us. She had great ideas for where to pose in the park and in our home. I should start off by saying I was hesitant initially to any sort of professional photography session because I find picture-taking in general makes me feel awkward and weird; I don't know what I'm doing with my face, we are all of a sudden totally clueless on what to do with our hands, int of my kids decides they don't feel like smiling, etc...But I am so glad that I did it.


I had the pleasure of working with Nichole in the fall of last year. Nichole gently assured me that we'd get pictures no matter what life was throwing at us that day, and she was right! She guided my family through beautiful landscapes and while she did position us for some photos, most were candid and captured special moments of us being us. When she sent me the photos, I couldn't believe how perfect they were! They were beautiful and such a treasure to my family.

As first time parents with a newborn and no experience we weren't sure how photos would go, but Nichole made us so comfortable. She made the experience fun and relaxed and really took the time to capture authentic moments while navigating baby moods and needs. She was also great at including our doggie. Our beautiful photos were delivered quickly and were just what we wanted. We'll definitely be taking more family photos in the future!
